How It Works
Each Exform sofa or chair begins as high-density foam, precision-cut and layered for ergonomic comfort and long-lasting support. We use a proprietary vacuum compression process that safely removes excess air from the foam, allowing the furniture to be compacted up to 80% of its full size — without compromising comfort or shape.
Once compressed, the piece is sealed in a durable, multi-layer vacuum bag and packaged inside our custom-engineered Exform boxes for protection during shipping. The result: a full-size modern seat that fits in a box small enough to carry through any door or elevator.
The Expansion Magic
When you unbox and open the vacuum-sealed bag, air naturally returns to the foam’s open-cell structure. Within minutes, your Exform chair or sofa expands to its original form — smooth, firm, and ready to sit. No tools. No assembly. Just comfort, instantly.
