Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada — coast to coast! At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

We’re all about simplicity and savings. That’s why shipping is free across most of Canada on all Exform products. However, remote or hard-to-reach locations (such as Northern Territories, rural islands, or areas outside standard courier coverage) are excluded from free shipping. Orders to these regions may incur an additional delivery charge, which will be calculated and confirmed before your order ships.

 

 

Shipping Time

 

Once your order is placed, our team gets right to it.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your Exform box on its journey from our warehouse to your space.

Delivery Details

Our products are shipped in compact boxes designed for easy delivery. Most packages arrive via standard ground couriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator). No special delivery arrangements are needed — just make sure someone’s available to receive it.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Exform cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

 

Damaged Shipments

 

If your box arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Please take clear photos of the box and any visible damage, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@exform.ca so we can open a support ticket and make it right.

 

 

Backorders & Preorders

 

If a product is temporarily out of stock or on preorder, we’ll display the estimated ship date at checkout. We’ll keep you updated on any changes along the way.
