Exform is furniture that ships in a box and expands like magic — no tools, no assembly, no 100-step instructions that make you question your life choices.

Your Exform sofa or chair arrives compressed in a compact box.
Just open it, remove the vacuum seal, and watch it expand into full-form comfort in minutes.
It’s like those dinosaurs that grew in water… except way more useful (and much more comfortable).
Most Exform products take about 10–24 hours to fully expand to their final shape.
If you’re too excited to wait, go ahead and use it sooner — it’ll still feel great.
There are straps/connectors on the bottom of all the modular sofa pieces to help you quickly connect together and to ensure they stay together while you're being "frisky" on the couch.

Before opening the box, please please, pretty please double-check measurements and color on the product page (we list them all clearly).
For your added convenience, we include a small fabric sample on the outside of the sealed sofa package so you can verify your colour choice.
If the box is still sealed — you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
If you’ve opened and expanded it, no problem — you can still return it within 30 days, but a $100 restocking fee applies (because once it’s fluffed, it can’t be re-boxed).
We know, we wish we could “vacuum it back in” too. Science just isn’t there yet.

We currently ship across Canada — from Vancouver to Halifax and everywhere in between. Remote locations are a bit iffy, and we're happy to work with you, but there may be an additional shipping charge to ship your order.

Shipping is free within Canada on all orders.

All Exform products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund any defective item — fast and hassle-free.

For general maintenance:
- Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Avoid harsh cleaners — no bleach, no wild experiments
If your friend “accidentally” spills red wine — act fast, blot (don’t rub), and email us for advice.

Yes. We offer complimentary fabric samples so you can see and feel the material before placing your order. Viewing the fabric in your own lighting and next to your existing décor helps ensure you choose the perfect colour with confidence.

Every Exform sofa includes a fabric swatch sealed inside the box. Before opening the vacuum-compressed sofa, you can check the swatch to confirm the colour.
If the shade isn’t what you expected, contact us before unsealing the packaging. This allows us to guide you through the next steps and helps prevent unnecessary return costs.
We want to eliminate surprises. Including a swatch gives you one final opportunity to confirm your colour choice before expanding your sofa. It’s part of our commitment to making your purchase as simple and stress-free as possible.
Colours can appear differently depending on your screen’s brightness, resolution, and colour calibration. Lighting also plays a major role — natural daylight, warm bulbs, and cool LEDs can all change how a fabric looks.
For the most accurate representation, we recommend ordering a fabric sample to view the true colour and texture in your home.
