2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and measurements accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Returns
Exform products are shipped in compressed boxes for convenience.
- Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Opened or expanded products may be returned within 30 days, but a $100 restocking fee will apply.
All product dimensions are clearly listed on our product pages — please review them before opening your package.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@exform.ca to open a support ticket.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on exform.ca — including images, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Exform and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Exform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
