At Exform, we want you to love your new seating. Our furniture ships smart — compressed in a box for easy delivery and instant comfort once it's unboxed. Every piece expands magically into form, ready to make your space feel modern, effortless, and inspired.
We totally get that sometimes plans change, so here’s how our return process works — simple, fair, and friendly.
Before You Open It
Once your Exform sofa or chair expands, it’s ready for good — and can’t be re-compressed back into its box. So before opening, please double-check your space and measurements. All product dimensions are clearly listed on each product page to help ensure a perfect fit for your room or office.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund — no restocking or return fee.

Opened or expanded products can still be returned within 30 days, but a $100 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and shipping costs.
Returned products must be in good condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Opened Items
Because our furniture uses special compression technology, once it’s been unboxed and expanded, it can’t be re-packed the same way. That’s why opened items are subject to the $100 return fee, or non-returnable if heavily used or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to open a support ticket.
