Warranty

At Exform, we build our sofas and chairs to last — not just through movie marathons and naps, but through actual daily life. This Warranty Policy explains what’s covered, what’s not covered, and how to get help if something goes sideways. It’s the grown-up version… with a little personality sprinkled in.

1. Warranty Coverage

​

Every Exform product comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date it lands at your door.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural defects in the internal frame or foam core

  • Defects affecting normal function or comfort

 

If we confirm a covered defect, we will — at our discretion:

  • Repair the affected part

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a refund or store credit (shipping excluded)

2. What’s Not Covered

​

We love you, but we can’t cover everything. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fabric pilling, fading, or staining

  • Foam softening or shape changes over time

  • Pet damage (even if your cat denies wrongdoing)

  • Spills, accidents, creative stunts

  • Improper handling, cleaning, or assembly

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Commercial, rental, or hospitality use

  • Damage after original delivery

Once expanded, products cannot be re-compressed — warranty handles repair/replacement only.

3. Warranty Eligibility

​

You’re eligible if:

  • You purchased from Exform.ca or an authorized Canadian retailer

  • You can provide proof of purchase

  • You report within the warranty period

​

 

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

​

Email hello@exform.ca with the subject:
“Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]”

Include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos

  • Proof of purchase

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
If needed, we’ll even play Killing Me Softly on the world’s smallest violin to show empathy.

5. Limitations & Liability

​

We’re not responsible for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Shipping costs for returns/replacements

  • Damage resulting from improper use or care
